Sugarloaf Party shop works in accordance with the Distance Selling Directive 2000. If you change your mind about the goods you have purchased you may return them to us within 7 working days of delivery (this excludes edible items). To return your purchase(s) to us for a full refund please inform us in writing or via telephone in the first instance. Return post and packaging is at the customer’s expense and you should obtain a proof of postage from royal mail or courier as refunds cannot be provided on goods that do not reach us. Goods must be return in their original unopened packaging in mint, re-saleable condition otherwise a refund will not be granted. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment and you can expect to receive your refund within 14 working days of us receiving the returned item(s). If we have sent you an incorrect item we will exchange it for the correct item and refund your postage costs. Terms and Conditions This does not affect your statutory rights. 1. Prices charged for goods shall be those stated at time of despatch and we reserve the right to withdraw any items from sale without notice. We reserve the right to alter prices, where necessary. Consumers will be notified at time of order. 2. Edible items may not be returned on health and safety grounds. 3. Order shortages or discrepancies must be reported to us within 2 days of receipt of goods. 4. All goods must be returned within 7 days from receipt of order. 5. No goods may be returned without prior agreement with us. 6. All prices quoted include VAT where applicable 7. Delivery dates quoted or stated are estimated dates only.We will not be for delays that are out of our control. 8. Do not accept your parcel from the carrier if it is damaged in any way. |
